Secure Messaging with Brightsquid

To protect your privacy, secure messages are sent using Brightsquid, a Canadian health-care messaging system.

Brightsquid allows you to read and reply to messages securely without needing to download an application.

Dr. Rebecca Omokaro will send you a Brightsquid invitation message and you may signup  securely.

We will use Secure-Mail to:

• Answer any questions regarding NON-URGENT medical advice
• Send you pre-appointment forms and screening questionnaires
• Forward treatment or condition related information and resources
• Follow up on the effectiveness of treatment
• Communicate with you about upcoming appointments and referrals

You can use Secure-Mail to:

• Ask NON-URGENT questions including follow-up inquiries
• Obtain lab or Diagnostic Imaging Requisitions
• Get copies of your test results
• Request and obtain Doctors notes (sick, massage, physio, etc.)
• Obtain your medical information at no charge 

You can compose a new Secure-Mail message to our clinic by typing our name in the 'To' field of the compose screen.
