Secure Messaging with Brightsquid
To protect your privacy, secure messages are sent using Brightsquid, a Canadian health-care messaging system.
Brightsquid allows you to read and reply to messages securely without needing an account.
Dr. Rebecca Omokaro will send you a Brightsquid invitation message and you may signup securely.
We will use Secure-Mail to:
- Answer any questions regarding NON-URGENT medical advice
- Send you pre-appointment forms and screening questionnaires
- Forward treatment or condition related information and resources
- Follow up on the effectiveness of treatment
- Communicate with you about upcoming appointments and referrals
You can use Secure-Mail to:
- Ask NON-URGENT questions including follow-up inquiries
- Obtain lab or Diagnostic Imaging Requisitions
- Get copies of your test results
- Request and obtain Doctors notes (sick, massage, physio, etc.)
- Obtain your medical information at no charge
- Obtain medical forms completed by your doctor (charges may apply)
You can compose a new Secure-Mail message to our clinic by typing our name in the 'To' field of the compose screen.
